The week end is upon us. We have collected some interesting things to do in Nottingham and London from May 19 to the 21st.

Let’s start with the options for London.

Pink Floyd: Their mortal remains – Open until October 2017

The first international Pink Floyd retrospective has opened recently at the V & A Museum and this might just be the good week-end for an audio-visual journey through the music, design and history of one of the most important bands of the last century, heralds of the prog-psychedelic rock alongside fellow Britons King Crimson. You may book your tickets here and have a look here at the exhibition section on the V & A website.

SicilyFEST – Sat 20- Sun 21

Are you hungry for Sicilian food and interested in a journey in Southern Italy? Well, you won’t need to book a ticket for Palermo this week end, as PopUpMarketSicily will return to Bishops Square ( closest tube station: Liverpool Street ) for the third edition of SicilyFEST. Bishops Square will be transformed into an authentic Sicilian street market and you will have the chance to lose yourself between stalls of handmade jewellery and accessories, delicious food ( cannoli, arancini etc.) but also photographic exhibitions and finally, a treat for the kids, with a performance of the Sicilian Marionettes and Puppets Theater ( Opera dei Pupi). Free entry.
